A mouthpiece (has been sanitized for your safety).Several items are included with the saxophone: There are also some small scratches on the bottom of the instrument, indicative of normal, light usage. There is one very small dent below the right palm keys (shown in photos, circled, barely visible when being played). Really the perfect instrument for a beginner saxophonist! The saxophone is in very good condition and was only used for ~1 year (12 months) in elementary band.
